In order to achieve 100% health one must exercise. It can be as simple as the daily walk or as strenuous as a marathon. It can be fluid and gentle like tai chi and yoga. It can involve equipment like windsurfing, weightlifting and horseback riding. The important thing is to move. Self-healing takes planning and commitment. The healing power of exercise is enormous.
Exercise must become one of those things that you do without question. Don't try to do too much too soon and don't quit before you have a chance to experience the rewards of improved fitness. The reward of good health and improved it fitness are worth the price.
