If you have started with an Apple as an appetizer you probably will cut down significantly what you're eating.

Dinner 3 -- large green salad and healthy dressing Vegetarian chili made with as many vegetables as you can Eat over brown rice, baked potato, whole wheat couscous, etc.
This program will not only detox you but you'll probably lose a lot of weight on it also. You can do this as long as you desire.
